Please read these terms carefully before listing your artwork on the ArtWala platform.

By listing artwork on Artwala's website, the Exhibitor expressly authorizes Artwala to publish, display, and disseminate such artwork across Artwala’s designated channels, including but not limited to Artwala’s website, promoted events, social media platforms, and other forums utilized by Artwala for promotional or operational purposes. This authorization is limited to the purposes of showcasing and promoting the artwork and does not constitute a transfer or assignment of ownership or intellectual property rights, all of which remain reserved by the Exhibitor.
Artwala reserve the right, at its sole discretion, not to publish, display, or disseminate any artwork if Artwala determines that such publication is unsuitable, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Artwala’s standards, policies, or reputation.
Disclaimer of Liability for Unauthorized Use
The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that any artwork displayed on Artwala’s website, at Artwala’s promoted events, or through Artwala’s social media channels may be subject to photography, reproduction, or copying by third parties. Artwala shall bear no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Exhibitor’s artwork by visitors, attendees, or other third parties. The Exhibitor assumes all risk associated with the public display of their artwork in these forums.
Intellectual Property Rights
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Exhibitor retains all right, title, and interest, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to their artwork. Listing of the art work on Artwala website shall not be construed as a transfer or assignment of such rights to Artwala or to any third party.
Un-listing Responsibility
The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any artwork sold through channels outside of Artwala’s website is promptly removed and unlisted from Artwala’s website. Timely un-listing of such listings is essential to maintaining the integrity of the customer experience and protecting the reputation of Artwala. Failure to un-list sold artwork may result in reputational harm to Artwala, for which the Exhibitor accepts full responsibility.
